- 1 egg yolk
- 60 ml water (1/4 cup)
- 3 tablespoons of coffee
- 180 ml hot water (3/4 cup)
- 180 ml cold water (3/4 cup)
- 1 teaspoon honey
Preparation:
- To prepare the coffee : Bring 180 ml of water to the boil, then add the coffee. Mix and cook over low heat for 3 minutes.
- Add cold water : Add 180 ml cold water and simmer for another minute.
- Strain : Strain the mixture through a sieve to obtain a smooth drink.
- Add the honey : Stir in 1 teaspoon of honey to soften it and add a touch of sweetness.
