    Nutty Fruit and Oatmeal Bake Recipe

    100 g raisins
    1 cup oatmeal (100 g)
    2 apples
    100-120 ml water
    2 eggs
    1 banana
    100 g cherries
    1 teaspoon baking powder

    50 g Brazil nuts
    100 g sultanas

    Directions:

    Prep the Raisins and Sultanas:

    Pour boiling water over 100 g of raisins and 100 g of sultanas. Let them soak for a few minutes to soften.
